WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a successful BI developer, you will be to roll up your sleeves and work directly with data to solve business problems. You will be responsible for the quality, structure, analysis, and presentation of data, including development and implementation of health system solutions that meet customer expectations and desired outcomes. You will be creating and improving simple solutions to complex problems and likely communicating complex analytical results to healthcare executives and professionals.
WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED:
In general, we are looking for eager developers with a strong Computer Science background that can learn quickly, work well in a team, and thrive in a fast moving, constantly changing environment. If you prefer to write software in a closed door office where you talk to your fellow developers once a month or so, this is not the place for you. If you come to work every day with a positive attitude ready to collaboratively attack whatever the current problem is, this is your kind of company.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- 5+ years experience with the Microsoft Stack (SQL/SSIS/SSAS/SSRS)
- SSAS Tabular Model experience is a plus
- Proficient project management and time management abilities
- Ability to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally
- Play well with others
